Overview

Daikin VRV AHU is DX system that is special designed to work with Daikin VRV outdoor unit. The VRV AHU is an inlet temperature control type DX AHU which enable users to reduce the maintenance costs and enjoy more space saving. It offer 2 series, standard series for indoor air cooling/heating and outdoor air series for fresh air cooling/heating.

From small to large commercial spaces, Daikin offers a range of R-410A inverter condensing units for use in conjunction with Air Handling Units (AHU) from 6HP to 60HP.” AHU provides large air volumes and high ESP (External Static Pressure) enabling the use of extensive ductworks. The refrigerant flows through the copper pipes using R-410A and operates like a large VRV fan coil unit.

Daikin AHU represents the ideal solution for large storage places, atrium, lobby, banquet halls, showrooms, exhibition halls, shopping malls, etc. It also has the options to customize the specifications such as the filtration type, direction of air in-take and discharge, service access door and blower type (backward or forward curves and plug fan).

Overview

Daikin e-AHU is economy range of AHU that has basic construction, consist of Pre-filter, Cooling coil, Fan & motor. Cabinet wise, it offer 2 types which are double skin and single skin. The design is in accordance to the BS EN1886 standards.

Available in 12 models (single skin and double skin), with air flow from 350 l/s to 9600 l/s and the capacity between 10.0 kW and 254.9 kW use for chilled water system.

Overview

The Double Skin Modular Air Handling Unit is designed in accordance to BS EN1886 standard and certified by EUROVENT and AHRI 1350.  The cabinet is frame type and based on modular paneling concept for friendly access and maintenance. The air flow of AHU is within range of 1100 to 90,000 CMH and up to a total static pressure of 2000 Pa.

The AHU is constructed of high strength extruded Aluminum to form rigid frame. Besides, it is with thermal barrier feature which using three leg-fiber plastic corner pieces, 25 or 50 mm Polyurethane (PU) insulation panel and all frames are insulated with 3.0 mm PE foam to minimize energy heat loss and prevent condensation occurring. The external clip method to hold the double skin PU panel is easily accessible for maintenance while being air tight. The new thermal-break profile can perform better in terms of providing better insulation and energy saving.
