Position: Logistic Supervisor
Non-Executive Level (Min 5 Years)
No. of Vacancy : 1
Working Location : Shah Alam

 

Responsibilities:

  • To perform day to day logistic and administrative activities
  • To perform day to day administrative functions for deliveries of finished products inclusive of spares.
  • To provide efficient and excellent quality of sales support and administrative service to the Finished goods and Spare Parts Section, including (but not limited to) processing sales order, changing and updating order and contract and packing list
  • To comply with ISO 9001 requirement and standard in documentation and compliance of SOPP
  • Shipping document and Preparation of LC Document requirement.
  • To perform and commit to other duties and activities assigned by Section Head and GM, if necessary
  • To ensure proper documentation and filing for spare parts section

Requirements:

  • Understanding of procurement policy and procedure, including purchasing, shipping, delivery, receiving, preparing and issuing
  • Full understanding of the sales and production cycle of the air-conditioning industry and be able to comply with the procurement activities for best industry practice
  • Knowledge on ISO 9001 and 5S
  • Familiar with manual and SAP enabled procurement activities
  • Access, analyze and evaluate data, particularly for developing packing list

Position: Order Management Executive
Executive Level

Working Location : Shah Alam/Banting

  • Key Role:

    1. To develop strategy and plan for order management and scheduling
    2. To on time delivery as agreed by the customers and the company 

    Key Responsibility:

    1. To oversee day to day of operation of the order management section.
    2. To liaise with operation sections and other dept. on production scheduling
    3. To develop stock planning and stock management program
    4. To ensure on-time delivery
    5. To ensure optimal stock value & stock turnover
       

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Word Perfect, SAP, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Project.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Position: Material Store
Executive Level

Responsibilities:

  • To develop inventory strategy planning with Section Head and Department Head
  • To lead a team of inventory staff in performing day to day inventory activities including receiving materials and services, disposing inbound material, receiving material from non-supplier, managing inventory storage and movement, managing physical inventory, lots and batches, consignment stock and managing sub-contracting
  • To ensure stock accuracy (actual and in the system) through timely and systematic physical count, and update receiving, issuing, rejection control and material transfer in the SAP system
  • To ensure optimum stock level by performing physical count, stock level analyses, monitoring and tracking of purchases and to ensure clearance of obsolete and slow moving stock
  • To ensure accurate and on-time up-date of BOM
  • To ensure accurate batch numbers management by declaring and updating batch number of the received, consumed and removed materials
  • To assist the Section Head in managing consignment stock by performing good receipts and issue for vendor consignment
  • To ensure efficient and effective execution of activities and administration of respective line.
  • To provide support and handle inventory for the spare part and other raw material
  • To comply with ISO 9001 requirement and standard in inventory management, maintenance of raw material floor, documentation, and compliance of SOPP, WIP
  • To liaison with other OYL departments ( Sales and Distribution, Production, R&D departments) for efficient and effective manufacturing activities
  • To liaise with department heads for enhancing interdepartmental activities
  • To co-ordinate with sales and production representatives for inventory (Raw Materials / Finished Goods) management and production planning
  • To co-ordinate with Finance / HR representatives in financial aspects of inventory management
  • To assist the Group Material Control Department Manager in Material Control System Development
  • To ensure maintenance of raw material floor equipment
  • To recruit, train, educate and develop his / her team inventory staff

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Union Staff Level

Responsibilities:

  • To perform general functions according to the needs and functional requirement of the section
  • To ensure effective communication with superiors
  • To perform data entry, if necessary
  • To perform and commit to other duties and activities assigned by Section Head, if necessary
  • To perform inventory count
  • To check goods receive documents, stock transfer order, picking list and inventory reports
  • To label and mark items by batch and to update movement of materials by declaring and entering batch number in the system
  • To prepare material for production according to relevant transfer notes
  • To ensure the quality of the material preparation
  • To be accountable for on-time delivery to production
  • To ensure effective and excellent documentation of consignment stock

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
